1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Listing information: the URL, display name, category, and pitch a buyer submits. This information is published publicly by design.
• Order information: bid amounts, timestamps, and payment references. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Creem — we never see, store, or handle full card numbers.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited) and aggregate counters such as listing clicks and reveals.

3. How we use it

• To publish and rank sponsored listings and operate the leaderboard.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our content policy.
• To respond to support and refund requests.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles.

4. Third parties

• Creem (creem.io) processes payments as merchant of record and handles billing data under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts and serves the site and processes technical request data.
• Listing favicons are loaded via Google’s favicon service, which receives the listing domain.

5. Retention

Published listing data remains public for as long as the listing is active. Order and payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Note that published listing content is public advertising material; deleting it means removing the listing. Email 1529891141@qq.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, restrict database access, and never store payment card data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify affected users as required by law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of FateBid after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
