Terms of Service

1. The service

FateBid sells one-time sponsored placement on a public leaderboard at fatebid.com. A purchase publishes a listing (name, pitch, favicon, link) and ranks it by total confirmed spend. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. What a purchase includes — and what it does not

• A purchase buys advertising placement only: publication and rank position on our leaderboard, plus inclusion in the weighted discovery draw.
• We do not sell or guarantee clicks, traffic, signups, revenue, reviews, or any engagement. Click and reveal counters are informational only.
• Rank is relative: other buyers may outrank your listing at any time. This is expected behavior, not a failure of the service.
• All payments for the same URL accumulate. Spend does not expire and is not transferable to a different URL.

3. Eligibility and content policy

You must have the right to promote the URL you submit. We reject and refund listings involving: URL shorteners, adult content, gambling or betting, malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, unlicensed regulated products or services, misleading health or financial claims, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may remove any listing that violates this policy; in case of removal for a policy violation discovered after publication, refunds are at our discretion.

4. Payments

Prices are in USD and processed by Creem as merchant of record; Creem appears on your card statement and handles applicable taxes. The minimum purchase is $9. Placement is delivered automatically after payment confirmation, typically within seconds.

5. Refund policy

• Full refund within 14 days for: duplicate charges, listings we reject, or placement we fail to deliver.
• No refund for placement delivered as described, including when a listing is later outranked or receives fewer clicks than hoped.
• Request a refund at 1529891141@qq.com; we respond within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Creem.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service: no automated clicking, fake traffic, attempts to manipulate counters, scraping that degrades the service, or using listings to distribute prohibited content. Violations may result in removal without refund.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the leaderboard, active listings will be refunded pro-rata at our discretion. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FateBid is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost traffic.
